These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website beviops.com (the “Site”), operated by subsidiaries of Pacific NW Holdings, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please exit the Site immediately.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

The Site is intended solely for individuals aged 21 or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 21. If under 21, you must exit immediately.

2. Alcohol & Non-Alcoholic Product Sales

BEVIO facilitates orders of alcoholic beverages through the Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission (OLCC).

• BEVIO does not sell alcohol directly; OLCC delivers alcohol to the customer.
• Mixed Tap or other subsidiaries may sell or deliver non-alcoholic ingredients or other merchandise.
• Alcohol is infused on-site in compliance with Oregon regulations, only after OLCC delivery.

3. User Accounts

To place orders, you must create an account on BEVIO. By registering, you authorize BEVIO to collect, process, and store your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mixed Tap may also collect certain non-alcoholic product information for order fulfillment and marketing purposes.

4. SMS Opt-In

By enrolling in SMS notifications through your account settings and confirming via reply YES, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Mixed Tap Beverage Kegging LLC regarding order confirmations, delivery scheduling, and delivery status updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

5. Legal Compliance & Responsible Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws relating to alcohol purchase and consumption. Excessive drinking or impaired driving is strictly discouraged.

6. Promotions & Affiliates

Promotions apply only to products legally permitted under Oregon law. Affiliate links may appear on the Site; we are not responsible for third-party practices or content.

7. User-Generated Content

Submitting content grants BEVIO a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. Prohibited content includes:

  • Encouraging underage drinking or excessive alcohol consumption

  • Promoting impaired driving

  • Infringing intellectual property rights

  • Illegal or inappropriate content

We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property on BEVIO are owned or licensed by the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

The Site is provided “as-is.” Our maximum aggregate liability is $100, to the extent permitted by law.
