Name, email, phone number, billing/shipping info, and order details you provide. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

B. Usage Data & Analytics

IP address, device info, browser type, pages viewed, session duration, and analytics through tools such as Google Analytics.

C. Cookies

Used for site functionality, analytics, and improving user experience. You may adjust browser settings to manage cookies.

D. Data Collected by Mixed Tap

Non-alcoholic product purchases through Mixed Tap may result in data collection separate from BEVIO. BEVIO does not automatically control Mixed Tap data collection.

2. How We Use Your Information

Process orders and coordinate alcohol fulfillment with OLCC

  • Operate and maintain the Site

  • Respond to inquiries and support requests

  • Administer promotions and giveaways

  • Conduct analytics and improve user experience

  • Communicate updates, offers, or marketing messages (opt-out available)

We do not sell personal information.

4. SMS Opt-In & Data Handling

BEVIO (operated by Mixed Tap Beverage Kegging LLC) offers SMS notifications to authorized business users about keg orders, fills, and deliveries. Opt-in is a two-step process: a business administrator enrolls a recipient through the BEVIO admin portal, and the recipient must reply YES to a confirmation SMS before any further messages are sent. Full details of the opt-in flow, message types, frequency, and opt-out instructions are documented at https://www.beviops.com/sms.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from BEVIO regarding order confirmations, keg fill completions, delivery scheduling, driver en-route alerts, and delivery completion notices. Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for assistance.

SMS data sharing. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected for SMS notifications are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above and to operate the SMS service. The information-sharing practices described in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy do not apply to SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers collected for SMS notifications.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents may request:

  • Access to personal data

  • Deletion of personal data

  • Opt-out of data “sales,” if applicable
