Use Case Description

BEVIO is a B2B beverage operations platform used by bars and restaurants to manage beverage orders and deliveries. SMS notifications are sent exclusively to business employees (managers, administrators) who have been enrolled by a business administrator and have confirmed opt-in by replying YES to a confirmation text. Messages cover operational events: order confirmations, keg fill completions, delivery scheduling, driver en-route alerts, and delivery completion notices.

By confirming via reply YES, you expressly consent to receive text messages from BEVIO. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

Additional Information

All recipients are business employees, not consumers. Enrollment is initiated by a business administrator within the platform, and recipients must reply YES to a double opt-in confirmation SMS before any operational messages are delivered. Reply STOP is handled automatically to disable all SMS for that number.
